IROC DANIELS
Film Director & Multi-Platinum Music Executive
Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Irin “Iroc” Daniels grew up expressing his artistry through rap. In 1998, Daniels founded his record label Iroc Records, which propelled his music career and gained attention from industry mainstays such as Interscope and Sony Records. Having years of experience in the music industry and a self-made approach at success, he decided to share his knowledge as an instructor in the music department at Phoenix Community College, as well as in the media arts department at Collins College. As an educator, he provided tutorials, mentoring and music production education for aspiring students looking to reach new heights.
Daniels took advantage of his time as an instructor to not only share his passion of music, but to also learn the ins the outs of film and video production. This lead to Daniels forming Marmera Creative in 2009. The multimedia production house provides a wide range of services including music production and film development. Marmera Creative released its first feature film "Blood Ink: The Tavalou Tales" in 2013 followed by "The System" in 2017.
With 30 years of experience ranging from multimedia production and business management to music marketing and educational development, a new feature film in the works as well as a new album, Daniels continues to push the boundaries of creative expression and encourages young minds to stay dedicated to their dreams.
