RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Online order returns and exchanges are valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached.
In-person purchases are eligible for exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. Item must be in the same condition as it was received, with tags attached. In-person orders are not eligible for refund.
Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable. Promotional offers will not be honored or credited after payment processing.
RETURN PROCESS
You are required to notify us of the reason for return prior to shipping back merchandise. You will be given a refund code that must be present in the return box along with your original receipt or proof of purchase. If proper process is not followed, the exchange will be void. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of approval or rejection. Approved returns will be processed as a credit or equal item exchange. Rejected returns will not result in a refund, exchange or credit of any kind.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the returned merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we will not be liable for non-received returns.
