We’re scaling a movement, not just a clothing brand. Our Director of Marketing should be a person who can architect growth across social, email, and performance channels—and prove it with receipts (think: portfolio, dashboards, and real numbers). If you’re equal parts strategist, operator, and creative rainmaker, pull up a chair.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Growth Strategy: Build and own a full-funnel growth plan spanning paid + organic social, email/SMS, partnerships, influencers, and community. Tie it all to revenue.
- Content Engine: Lead the content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and email—storytelling that’s on-trend, on-mission, and conversion-minded.
- Email/SMS Lifecycle: Architect list growth, segmentation, automated flows, and campaigns that lift LTV, AOV, and repeat purchase rate.
- Paid Media: Stand up and optimize paid social/creator whitelisting and retargeting with clear CAC and ROAS targets.
- Creator & Community: Build an ambassador/influencer program that’s values-aligned and performance-driven.
- Launches & Drops: Orchestrate product launches, collabs, and seasonal campaigns from pre-hype to post-mortem.
- Analytics & KPIs: Instrument dashboards, run experiments, and report what matters: revenue, CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, CTR, CVR—with narratives, not excuses.
- Team & Vendors: Lead a lean internal + freelance bench (creatives, media buyers, email specialists) and hold them to outcomes.
- Brand Stewardship: Keep our voice bold, modern, and mission-true across every touchpoint.
As a Sales Associate at FoundNation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with potential buyers, and achieving sales targets. Your primary goal will be to promote our streetwear apparel and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively approach and engage with potential customers.
- Initiate conversations that align with our mission statement.
- Provide detailed information about our apparel, pricing, and promotions.
- Utilize sales techniques to increase customer interest and drive sales.
- Meet or exceed minimum sales metrics established.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing work area at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Strive to create a positive and memorable shopping experience for each customer.
