Not by Sight is a faith-driven initiative the team at FoundNation is preparing to launch. Our vision is to guide young adults transitioning from high school into the real world, helping them turn their ideas and passions into businesses or careers, and laying foundations that last.
Why Faith is at the Core
Starting a business or career requires more than skill, it requires faith. Faith to take the first step, to keep going when doubt overwhelms us, and to persevere through the obstacles that come with pursuing a purposeful life. This is why the heartbeat of Not by Sight will always be rooted in faith. It’s the anchor that steadies us, even when the waves gets rough.

We plan to walk with young adults through the process of narrowing down their ideas, finding their niche, and shaping a vision that reflects both purpose and faith.
Building the Right Foundations
Our vision includes teaching students the fundamentals of business: naming their company, securing a domain and email, creating branding, forming an LLC, applying for an EIN, opening a bank account, and even learning about trademark protection.
Training for Sustainability
We intend to provide practical instruction in sales, customer service, inventory management, sourcing, systems, marketing, and advertising to ensure students not only launch, but grow their businesses successfully.
